CEC continues to provide quality engineering and surveying services to clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and parts of Delaware since opening its doors in 1973. We are known to many authority, municipal, public, and private clients in the region for our highly recognized professional services. CEC currently has approximately 90 employees divided into nine interrelated departments, five of which represent specific engineering functions Municipal, Water / Wastewater, Planning & Site Design, Structural, and Traffic & Transportation Services. The remaining four departments include Surveying, Construction Administration & Observation, Geographic Information System (GIS) / Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD), and Administrative, all of which support our engineering services. Our services have expanded to include the usage of high-tech capabilities, Drone / UAV, and 3-D Laser Scanning Services to ensure data precision and accuracy for our clients’ projects. All our departments serve as valuable resources to each other. Our dedicated staff is a testament to our firm’s growth, with the experience provided to each of our clients resulting in many sustainable long-term relationships.
