Trustees will present a car, truck and bike show from 9 a.m.2 p.m. July 23 at Huntington High School, 4125 N. Solomons Island Road, Huntingtow­n. Awards for the top 75 vehicles with special awards for best of show, determined by profession­al judges. Vehicle entry fee is $20 (includes vehicle, driver and one passenger); spectator admission is $3. Rain date is July 30. Partial proceeds will benefit the Prince Frederick Rescue Squad. Under the Lights: the 6th Annual Baden Volunteer Fire Department Car, Rat Rod, Truck and Bike Show will be held 4-9:30 p.m. August 12 at the Baden VFD (Station 36), 16608 Brandywine Road, Brandywine. Dash plaques will be awarded to the first 200 vehicles registered with more than 50 awards presented at 9:30 p.m. Vehicle registrati­on is $20 at the gate. The Brandywine Volunteer Fire Department will host their fourth annual car show from 2-7 p.m. August 28 at 14201 Brandy- wine Road, Brandywine. Rememberin­g Aquasco and other local tracks, this reunion will feature guest speakers, track historians, track footage, viewers’ choice awards and more. The Town of Indian Head and Indian Head Baptist Church will hold their 10th annual car show from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 11 on the “Village Green,” Indian Head. Judging open to cars and trucks 25 years and older. Dash plaques will be awarded to the first 100 registered participan­ts with awards for best of show, top 20, pastors’ pick, spectator’s choice and more. Special recognitio­n will be given to military members (active duty and retired). Free lunch provided to all registered drivers as well as any active duty and veteran family members.
