Overnight in the 1600 block of Fawn Court:

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and took property. 3p.m. in the 00block of West Campbell Avenue.:

Someone broke the window to a 2013 Subaru. 6;46 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A man, 58, was acting bizarre at a bus stop and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. 1:06 a.m. in the 1100 block

of Dell Avenue: A woman, 27, called 911 to report there were people with guns after her who wanted to inject her with a syringe. She was contacted and found to be in a paranoid state due to being under the influence of meth.

Overnight block of South in the Bascom 2200 Avenue: Specialize­d A black bike was and stolen gray from 4:20 a p.m. balcony. in the 500 block of A 26-year-old East Hamilton was Avenue: involved in was a shopliftin­g found to have incident glass and smoking pipe. 8:41 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects left without paying their food bill. They fled in a white Hyundai SUV registered out of Stockton. 9:25 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two suspects entered a store, stole items and fled on foot. 12:59 a.m. in the 1500 block of Mccoy Drive: A woman, 25, was reported climbing into a church van. She was contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. 1:03 a.m. in the 200 block

of Hollis Avenue: A woman, 23, called the reporting party, told her she was being held against her will by a man, 21, and asked her to come pick her up. Officers responded to the address and found the victim and suspect had just left. The victim called the reporting party again and said the suspect would not let her out of the car. Officers located the vehicle, and the suspect was detained. The suspect admitted to not allowing the victim to exit the vehicle.

3:02 a.m. in the 1200 block of El Solyo Avenue:

Two suspects cut down a flag. 10:26 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 18 got into an argument with the victim and threw soda on her. She desired prosecutio­n. 11:25 a.m. in the 900 block of Ravenscour­t Avenue:

A 52-year-old was involved in an argument with a victim who has a no-contact criminal protective order between them. During the argument, the victim attempted to call 911, but the suspect was able to prevent the completion of the call. During the argument, the suspect grabbed the victim’s wrists, causing minor swelling. 1:13 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone used false informatio­n to fraudulent­ly purchase electronic­s. Overnight in the 300 block of Fairbanks Avenue: Someone stole property from an unlocked vehicle. 5:14 p.m. in the 500 block of Railway Avenue:

Someone used a fraudulent account where the sent money to rent an apartment that wasn’t available. 11:59 p.m. in the 1200 block of Pollard Road: Two people were in an argument, and one had broken glasses on contact. Conflictin­g stories were obtained. OCT. 22

Overnight in the 100 block of Cristich Lane: A blue Specialize­d Rock hopper 21-speed bike was stolen. 8:51 a.m. at Nido and Adler: An officer located a Nissan Sentra stolen out of San Jose. Overnight at Nido and Budd: A gray 1998 Nissan was stolen. 12:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Salmar Avenue:

A white 2014 Ford E150 van with a rack and a 2013 Ford were stolen. 12:46 p.m. in the 1900 block of East Hamilton

Avenue: A man, 26, was causing a disturbanc­e and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. He had multiple warrants out of San Bernardino. 8a.m. in the 1000block of West Campbell Avenue:

A purse from the trunk of a vehicle. 7:19 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 54, was found to be on active probation for sales and exhibited signs of stimulant use. When an evaluation was started, the suspect fled from the officer. Units responded to the area and located the suspect ducking between parked cars in a crouched position, attempting to conceal himself and reaching for his waistband. The officer and a K9 unit confronted the suspect, who was in a kneeling position, reaching for his ankle area saying something to the effect of “gun.” The K9 was deployed, and the suspect was taken into custody after a short struggle. No firearm was located. The suspect was found in possession of meth, meth pipes and a dirk/dagger. He was transporte­d to Valley Medical Center for evaluation before being booked.

9:05 p.m. at Nido and Adler avenues:

The victim was walking home when someone approached her and attempted to steal her purse. The victim defended

herself by punching the suspect in the collar bone. The suspect fled on foot. 9:25 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 37, was causing a disturbanc­e. He was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself and arrested. 2:12 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom

Avenue: A man was reported as smoking something inside a vehicle. On contact the suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested. He was in possession of heroin and a pipe.

A man, 34, and a woman exhibited signs and symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant and had a meth pipe in reach of two children. There was no running water available, a buildup on feces in the bathroom and other unlivable conditions. There was a GMC parked in front of the couple’s RV that contained the man’s belongings and was reported stolen out of Portervill­e.

Overnight in the 800 block of Sobrato Drive:

Someone forced entry into a bank of mailboxes. Overnight in the 600 block of Parkhurst Drive:

Someone pried open toolboxes on a truck and stole tools. 11:35 a.m. in the 1600 block of West Campbell Avenue: A woman, 52, was contacted after a welfare check and was found to be under the influence and in possession of meth. 1:20 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 43, was involved in a disturbanc­e in a parking lot. The suspect refused to exit his vehicle and delayed officers’ investigat­ion. The suspect is on parole and was under the influence. Overnight in the 200 block of Friar Way: Someone 7:15 a.m. at Valley Forge and Phelps:

entered an unlocked 2001 Chevy Tahoe and tampered with the ignition. 10:19 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man was observed in a suspicious vehicle. On contact, he had a meth pipe in plain view. The suspect also admitted to possessing meth and heroin inside his vehicle. He was cited and released. 1:54 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

An officer observed a group of 10-12 people involved in a physical altercatio­n. A man and a woman were contacted as they were involved in the fight. Both suspects were found to be too intoxicate­d to care for themselves and arrested.

OCT. 24

7:12 a.m. in the 700 block of East Campbell Avenue:

A man, 32, was contacted after he was mumbling to himself and refusing to leave. The suspect dropped a meth pipe upon contact and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. He was on probation for possession of a knife and was in violation. Overnight in the 200 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone spraypaint­ed white paint on a utility box. 4:52 a.m. in the 00 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone drove a small, dark pickup truck through a cyclone chain link fence and stole donations. 3 p.m. in the 400 block of Union Avenue: A blue Specialize­d bike was stolen from the porch. 6:09 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 52, was contacted during an investigat­ion. He exhibited signs of stimulant use and was arrested. 9:03 p.m. at Dell and Hacienda avenues:

A woman, 51, was reported as possibly DUI. She was contacted after driving onto the train

tracks. Sobriety field tests were performed, and she was found to be DUI. 9:29 p.m. at Phoenix Drive

and Gleason Avenue: A 17-year-old saw the victim, 72, walking and hopped the fence. The suspect punched the victim in the face, knocking him down to the ground. The suspect proceeded to kick the victim, who was in the fetal position on the ground, until the victim lost consciousn­ess. The suspect fled on foot and was caught at Hamilton Avenue. 10:58 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Phoenix Drive:

A man, 42, was stopped for riding his motorcycle the wrong way on Hamilton Avenue. He admitted to smoking meth about two hours prior. The suspect performed sobriety field tests and was found to be DUI. 3:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Kenneth Avenue: A female contacted during a disturbanc­e alleged the suspect punched her during an argument to get her out of the house. No injuries were observed.

OCT. 25

Overnight in the 800 block of Monica Lane:

Someone stole tools out of a toolbox in the bed of a 2008 Ford Supercab. Overnight in the 200 block of Michael Drive: A package was from a porch. 1:38 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue:

The suspect was driving downtown when the victim and other patrons began to throw food at the passing vehicles. The suspect got out of her car, followed the victim back to his table, and hit him in the face with his plate. 2:52 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 28, was causing a disturbanc­e in a store when the victim tried to ask him to leave. The suspect hit the victim on the shoulder and was found to be drunk.
