Spring Wine Walk

The Downtown Campbell Spring Wine Walk is returning to its usual place on the calendar. The event is set for Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the back parking lot of Darling & Fischer Memorial Chapel, 231 E Campbell Ave. Tickets are $50 each plus $4.67 in ticketing fees at Eventbrite.com.

Chris Cain at Ainsley House on Sunday

The Ainsley House Garden Concert Series is presenting blues guitarist Chris Cain on Sunday.

The longtime local favorite is set to take the stage at 2 p.m. in the Ainsley House Garden, located at 300 Grant St. Seating is first-come, first-served. Parking is available in the library parking lot at 77 Harrison Ave.

Tickets are $30 at http://www.campbellmu­seums.com/shop and include beverages and light appetizers.

Virtual candidate forums coming up

Candidates in the June 7 primary election for elected offices in Santa Clara County will face off at separate virtual candidate forums in April and May presented by the League of Women Voters.

The events will be held on Zoom, with attendees able to watch candidates as they answer questions from voters posed by a League moderator.

Candidates for district attorney will hold forth on April 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Santa Clara County Assessor candidates will field questions on May 5 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Register to attend either forum at www.lwvsjsc.org/candidate-forums and get informatio­n on how to submit questions.

Candidate forums will be recorded and posted to the League Voter's Edge website at www.votersedge.org, where voters can also review informatio­n about candidates and measures on the ballot.
