APRIL 4

9:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Union Avenue: got into an argument that violated a peaceful contact order.

8:15 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Almarida Drive: A man, 33, caused a disturbanc­e and was in possession of heroin and drug parapherna­lia.

1900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone has been gaining access and camping in a crawl space for the last month.

2:41 p.m. at 70 N. First St.:

A man, 52, caused a disturbanc­e in the police department lobby and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

3:48 p.m. in the 1600 block of La Pradera Drive:

A man reported that his wife slapped him during an argument three weeks ago.

3:40 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A yellow 2016 Yamaha R6 motorcycle was stolen.

Overnight in the 1900 block of Whiteoaks Road:

The rear tire was stolen off a 2005 Prius.

5:57 p.m. in the 1300 block of Peggy Avenue:

The victim told the suspect's wife to stop looking at him. The suspect came over to the victim's house and threatened to kill him.

12:42a.m. in the 1700block of South Bascom Avenue:

A man, 41, and a woman, 45, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. The man is on parole, and during a search, stolen liquor was located. The man also had driver's licenses that did not belong to him. The woman had a glass pipe and several warrants for her arrest.

APRIL 5

6:02 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Winchester Boulevard: The suspect, 30, was in a business with no shirt on and was under the influence. The manager desired prosecutio­n. 6:55 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 48, was causing a disturbanc­e and was found to be under the influence.

9:10 p.m. in the 1800 block of Montemar Way: A man, 30, was driving a stolen Camry with an enclosed box trailer attached to it.

The trailer is not confirmed stolen, but the man said he found it. He also stole a license plate from another Camry on Apricot and attached it to the rear of the stolen car. A glass pipe was located in the car.

12:38 a.m. in the 400 block of West Rincon Avenue: An officer located a stolen black 2012Honda Civic with a stolen license plate attached to it.

4:07 a.m. in the 300 block of Sunberry Drive:

Two male suspects in dark clothing took the catalytic converter from a Honda Accord. The suspects fled from the officers in a newer white Audi with tinted windows.

6:01 a.m. in the 1100 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: A man, 41, called 911multipl­e times to report people in his house. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Overnight in the 600 block of Monica Lane:

Someone cut the lock on a work van and stole items.

10:09 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone was observed inside the building by property managers, but fled prior to officers' arrival.

11:51 a.m. at Union Avenue and Rue Montagne: A woman became angry at her ex-boyfriend and showed up at his residence. He returned home, saw her in her vehicle and tried to drive away, but she chased after him in her car and collided with his vehicle. The couple's 16-month-old child was in the woman's vehicle at the time. The man believes it was intentiona­l.

2:13 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Fire personnel responded to a smoke investigat­ion that was determined to have started a room rented by a man, 48, who was outside the hotel acting suspicious­ly and was found to be under the influence of meth. Fire personnel located narcotics in his room while extinguish­ing the fire, which originated in the bathtub. A consent search of the room revealed meth and meth pipes. The suspect's vehicle was searched, and metal knuckles were located.

APRIL 6

6:58 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 52, was causing a disturbanc­e and threatened to fight employees and customers. An employee desired prosecutio­n.

10:14 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Latimer Avenue: Someone in a silver BMW stole mail from a USPS truck.

Overnight in the 1000 block of Linda Drive:

Someone stole the catalytic converter from a blue 2007 Honda Accord.

3:55 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone threw an unknown substance at the victim and fled the scene. The victim wanted prosecutio­n.

8:41 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 51, was denied entry and threatened to kill the manager, who desired prosecutio­n.

400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A white 2000 GMC Safari van was stolen while the owner was shopping.

9:33 p.m. at 300 Railway Avenue: Someone was seen by a passerby spray-painting a wall.

8:07 p.m. in the 1400 block of Ontario Lane: A man, 27, hit his sister and other family members during an argument. He fled prior to officers' arrival but later turned himself in on a warrant.

1:57 a.m. in the 1300 block of Hacienda Court: A catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda Accord.

2:41 a.m. in the 1500 block of La Pradera Drive: A catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda Accord.

APRIL 7

Overnight in the 800 block of Apricot Avenue:

Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

7:35 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A woman, 32, was burning items in the parking lot. Officers contacted her and determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance.

Overnight in the 1400 block of West Hacienda Avenue: The catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota Prius.

Overnight in the 1800 block of Villarita Drive:

The catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota Prius.

Overnight in the 1600 block of Villarita Drive:

The catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda Accord and a Honda Prelude.

11:35 a.m. in the 900 block of Ravenscour­t Avenue:

During an argument, a man, 53, threatened to kill the victim and her dog. The victim is the protected party in a served criminal protective order against the man from a prior domestic violence incident.

11:38 a.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

Someone stole merchandis­e from the business.

Overnight in the 100 block of Burnham Court: The rear plate was stolen from a 2015 Honda CRV.

4:07 p.m. at South Bascom and East Campbell avenues: Someone driving a brown Ford F-150 threw a rock at a windshield and cracked it. 500 block of Salmar Avenue: Someone possibly made entry into a business and unorganize­d paperwork.

900 block of Steinway Avenue: Someone stole the rear license plate from a 2006 Toyota Solara.

5:45 p.m. in the 1100 block of Sonuca Avenue:

Someone stole the catalytic convertor from a Toyota Prius.

7:42 p.m. in the 1800 block of Bascom Avenue:

Someone broke into a car and stole items.

9:01 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 60, had drug parapherna­lia in plain view, and methamphet­amine was also located.

11:25 p.m. at California Street and El Caminito Avenue: A man, 51, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.

APRIL 8

Overnight in the 1400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry through a window and stole a safe containing money and keys.

12:04 p.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive:

Officers located an unoccupied stolen Nissan truck and released it to the owner at the scene.

1:41 p.m. in the 1990 block of South Bascom Avenue:

The suspect caused a disturbanc­e and refused to leave the hotel after being asked numerous times. They fled prior to officers' arrival.

2 p.m. at 70 N. First St.:

A man, 34, came to the police department to report that his ex-girlfriend has been harassing him. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

4:20 p.m. in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue:

Three suspects used markers to tag a “for sale” sign in front of a business.

7:45 p.m. in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 39, caused several disturbanc­es in downtown. He was found be too intoxicate­d to care for himself.

8:56 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man entered a business and left his 2021 Ford Ranger running and unattended. It was stolen and recovered in San Jose a couple of hours later.

9:36 p.m. in the 1400 block of Elwood Drive: Someone entered unlocked vehicles and stole several items including credit cards, which were later used without authorizat­ion.

1:37 a.m. in the 1990 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 33, was contacted for a vehicle code violation. She lied about her name and was found to have outstandin­g warrants. She also possessed burglary tools, drug parapherna­lia, methamphet­amine, heroin and a laptop that had been reported stolen.

2:27 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Kennedy Avenue: A man, 21, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.

3:17 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue: A driver, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. They were found to be DUI and arrested.

Los Gatos Creek Trail: A woman reported that she was previously assaulted on the trail.

APRIL 9

6:25 a.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man came into a business armed with an ax and demanded money. He used the axe to hit the partition between him and the employee, then walked around the counter, took money from the register and lottery tickets then fled on foot. The ax was located next door in a parking lot. The suspect later fled in a stolen vehicle
