APRIL 18

1300 block of East Hamilton Avenue.: A business was tagged with red paint.

Overnight in the 900 block of Apricot Avenue:

Someone stole the front plate off a 2012 Hyundi.

3:38 p.m. in the 700 block of West Valley Drive: A man, 33, was reported as a suspicious person and was under the influence of a controlled substance. He was driving a 2013 Toyota Sienna reported stolen out of on March 23. A search of the vehicle revealed a handgun, which was reported stolen, and methamphet­amine.

8:37 p.m. in the 600 block of Campbell Technology Parkway: A man, 44, caught his truck on fire while repairing it. While the fire was being put out, a loaded shotgun was located. The man has several prior felony conviction­s.

Midnight in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A green 2005 Honda Odyssey van was stolen from a parking lot.

2:46 a.m. at Hamilton and Eden avenues: A woman, 19, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to DUI.

APRIL 19

11:31 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 44, stole a jacket from a store and fled. He was contacted on Dry Creek Road and found to be in possession of a concealed machete, as well as meth. He also violated his probation terms.

3:55 p.m. in the 500 block of Salmar Avenue: Both plates were stolen off a 2010 Ford van.

1500 block of Dell Avenue: Someone stole the victim's check from the mailbox and was able to cash it.

APRIL 20

Overnight at Gilman and East Campbell avenues: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and took several items.

10:37 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two men were stopped for a vehicle code violation. One had a $25,000 misdemeano­r warrant, and the other was in possession of heroin and needles.

5:06 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and South Winchester Boulevard:

During a road rage incident, a man threw several items at the victim, exited his vehicle then hit the victim's vehicle with his fists. The victim wanted prosecutio­n.

8:45 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Two suspects stole $2,000worth of merchandis­e, and the store desired prosecutio­n.

9:46 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Dunster Drive:

A man, 44, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was cited for possessing drug parapherna­lia and methamphet­amine.

9:52 p.m. at Budd Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 50, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had an outstandin­g warrant.

12:24 a.m. in the 100 block of Superior Drive:

During an argument, a man, 26, choked the victim and threatened her with a knife. He also possessed pepper spray as a restricted person and had an outstandin­g warrant.

APRIL 21

10:29 a.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: During a physical altercatio­n, a woman, 35, struck the victim on top of the head with a coffee mug. 1:04 p.m. in the 500 block of Salmar Avenue: The victim followed the person who stole their trailer onto southbound Highway 17 from East Hamilton Avenue. The suspect pulled over as the victim was still following him and fled. Officers arrived on scene and confirmed that the suspect's vehicle was a stolen Ford F-250. The same suspect later attempted to steal another Ford F-250 in the 400 block of Industrial Street but was chased away by the victim.

1:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Friar Way: Someone tried to make entry into a vehicle but was not successful.

3:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Virginia Avenue: A 1996 Tioga motorhome was stolen.

10:16 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 33, was passed out and was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself and arrested. He also possessed a switchblad­e and a concealed dirk/ dagger.

10:38 p.m. at Salmar and Harrison avenues: A man, 40, collided with another motorist and was found to be DUI.

0057 Winchester Bl/ Kennedy Avenue: A man, 44, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was determined to be DUI and was arrested. He also had a suspended CDL and an outstandin­g warrant.

APRIL 22

9:43 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 32, was in possession of a controlled substance. He also had someone else's personal ID informatio­n belonging to a victim of ID theft.

10:13 Mona and Kendra ways: Officers located a 2006Ford Econoline stolen out of San Jose on April 18.

Overnight in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue: Someone shattered the rear window to the a vehicle.

1:58 p.m. at North Central and David avenues: A man, 31, was involved in a collision and said he had smoked a “blunt” in the morning. He was found to be under the influence of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle.

4:21 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 57, and a woman,

30, were contacted. The man had methamphet­amine, heroin, money and text messages indicating sales. He admitted he was trying to solicit the woman to trade drugs for sexual favors and said she was working as a prostitute. The woman had a $25,000 felony warrant and two $1,000misdeme­anor warrants for her arrest and was in possession of heroin and cocaine.

8:12 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way:

A man, 50, was passed out behind the wheel of his car. He was found to be DUI.

10 p.m. at Hamilton and Salmar avenues: A man,

26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was in possession of fentanyl, a switchblad­e and 1.25 lbs. of marijuana for sales.

10:31 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Foote Street:

A woman, 66, was involved in a collision and attempted to flee. She was found to be DUI.

2:16 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: Officers located a 2007 BMW in the parking lot. A check on the VIN showed the car was wanted for felony evasion out of San Jose. The vehicle was impounded.

APRIL 23

1:30 p.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole property and credit cards. The cards were later used to make fraudulent in Milpitas. 5:35 p.m. at Creekside Way and East Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 24, struck a sign and bicycle storage locker. She was found to be DUI.

7:43 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, the suspect shoved and choked the victim. 6:45 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone entered a store and stole fragrances.

11:02 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Hamilton Avenue: A man, 19, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

11:34 p.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: Two men, both

29, assaulted a victim who did not want prosecutio­n. Both suspects were found to be too intoxicate­d to care for themselves and were arrested.

4:50 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Bascom Avenue: The victim lost his wallet, and someone made an unauthoriz­ed purchase with his debit card.

1:54 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 41, fell asleep in the drive-thru lane. She woke up and collided with another car. She was found to be DUI and was arrested.

APRIL 24

Overnight in the 100 block of Hardy Avenue: Sunglasses were taken from an unlocked vehicle.

Winchester Boulevard and David Avenue: A man, 32, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was also found to be in possession of pepper spray, which he is prohibited from having.

3:34 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 30, stole merchandis­e from a store and fled. Store representa­tives desired prosecutio­n. The man was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He refused to identify himself, and his identity was learned during booking. He was on probation and violated the terms.

5:49 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 24, twisted the victim's arm during an argument. There is a restrainin­g order protecting the against the suspect, who is on probation for domestic violence.

2059 200 block of E. Campbell Avenue.: A woman, 28, crashed through a large window of the business, and was found to be DUI.

9 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

Someone removed the screen from the victim's window but didn't make entry.

11:08 p.m. in the 100 block of Wilton Drive: A man, 30, was causing a disturbanc­e outside and was found to be under the influence.

12:17 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue:

A man, 31, who has been stalking the victim for several months followed her around as she drove to work, to get gas and then on her way home. The victim is scared of him.

3:23 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A drunk woman,

24, was trying to leave and hit the victim in the face when the victim tried to stop her, causing injuries.
