APRIL 25

300 block of North Third Street: Someone damaged a lock in an attempt to gain entry into a storage container.

10:50 a.m. in the 800 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: The suspect hit the victim during an argument, and the victim desired prosecutio­n.

4:24 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 29, was asked to leave a store after causing a disturbanc­e. He left then ran back inside and punched a uniformed security guard multiple time. He then attacked and punched a clerk and a 72-year-old customer, pushing her down. He left the store and attacked another customer, who restrained the suspect until officers arrived and took him into custody.

6:14 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Unknown suspect punched the elderly victim in the face for no apparent reason.

6:40 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 30, was passed out and was found to have a glass smoking pipe, fentanyl and a switchblad­e knife.

9:01 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 29, was contacted during an investigat­ion and found to have several warrants.

500 block of West Rincon Avenue: Someone shot the victim with a BB while he was in a parking lot. The BB will require surgery to get removed.

APRIL 26

Overnight in the 200 block of Union Avenue: Someone smashed a window to a work vehicle and stole items.

Overnight in the 100 block of Wilton Drive: Someone keyed the paint and smashed windows on a vehicle.

11:42 a.m. at 70 N. First St.: A man, 52, caused a disturbanc­e in the parking lot and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He also had warrant for probation violation.

2:38 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 31, caused multiple disturbanc­es. Witnesses saw him driving erraticall­y. At a 7-11, the suspect threatened to fight the clerk and a customer. He also used racial slurs toward a customer. He was found to be under the influence. One witness desired prosecutio­n for the DUI. The suspect possessed syringes and admitted to using steroids. He attempted to climb out of the patrol vehicle and was restrained.

1:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Almarida Drive: Someone stole a package containing items from the porch and fled in a white sedan.

6:18 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone took items from the rear of a store.

APRIL 27

9:18 a.m. in the 2900 Block Rosemary Lane: The victim received counterfei­t bills during a recent Craigslist transactio­n.

2:01 p.m. in the 1000 block of Erin Way: Suspect, 43, caused a disturbanc­e.

4:28 p.m. at Palo Santo and Villaritta drives: A man, 61, was seen walking down the street with a kitchen knife in his hand and checking door handles on vehicle. He was contacted and had the knife concealed in his jacket pocket.

2:30 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone called the store and threatened to kill the clerk, then used a racial slur. The clerk feared for his life. 5:24 p.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: Neighbors heard a physical fight, during which one member of a couple called for help. It was determined that the suspect, 26, struck the victim during the argument.

500 block of West Rincon Avenue: Someone stole a bag from an unlocked vehicle.

7:16 p.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: A man, 30, got into argument stepped on the victim's foot. The victim was going to call the police, and the man grabbed her phone out of her hand.

1:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Marathon Drive: A witness saw what they thought was an argument in the parking lot. After speaking to the parties involved, it was determined that they got into a verbal argument and hugged each other at the end.

100block of Poplar Avenue:

Someone attempted to use the victim's personal ID informatio­n to charge $2,400to the victim's credit card.

11 a.m. at 70 N. First St:

Someone impersonat­ed Paypal and accessed the victim's computer then accessed their bank account and stole $13,000.

APRIL 28

12:58 p.m. in the 200 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole $1,000worth of items then fled on foot.

Michael Drive and Union Avenue: Someone took the rear license plate off a 2018 gray Mazda 3.

12:10 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone used a fake $50bill to purchase alcohol and fled prior to officers' arrival.

2:36 a.m. at Harrison and Salmar avenues: A man, 50, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to be DUI. 3:14 a.m. in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: An officer located a 2000 white Chevrolet Silverado stolen out of San Jose.

APRIL 29

7:48 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A 32-year-old was causing a disturbanc­e outside of the store and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

2:01 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 51, was causing a disturbanc­e while drinking a beer in public. He was contacted in the middle of the street and escorted to the sidewalk. He was verbal abusive toward officers and was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself. When officers tried to take the him into custody, the suspect tried to run but was caught quickly and taken down to the ground. He resisted while on the ground but eventually was taken into custody.

Overnight in the 00 block of Alice Avenue: Someone stole a white 2011Ford E250 van.

1600 1600 block of W. Campbell Avenue: Someone stole an iphone 13 from an unlocked vehicle.

8 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man received a phone call from someone claiming to be from PG&E, claiming they will shut his power off. He sent $300, but when he checked his balance later, he learned it was fraudulent.

11:24 p.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A man, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

1:46 a.m. at Bascom and Apricot avenues: A man, 58, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

Bascom and Hamilton avenues: A man, 66, was involved in a collision and found to be DUI.

Overnight in the 00 block of Gilman Avenue: A black 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS was stolen.

APRIL 30

7:35 a.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 58, was sleeping in front of the business and refused to leave. Officers contacted him and observed a glass pipe in plain view. The suspect had two misdemeano­r warrants.

Overnight at Dunster

Drive and West Hamilton Avenue: A red 1993 Nissan truck was stolen.

9:43 a.m. in the 200 block of Wilton Drive: During an argument, a woman, 34, was scratched in the face several times. At one point during the argument, the suspect was holding a second victim, then threw her onto the bed.

3:14 p.m. at Gleason Avenue and Stockbridg­e Drive: Officers located an unoccupied stolen blue

2001 Hyundai Accent. The vehicle was released to the registered owner.

Overnight in the 1200 block of West Campbell Avenue: A brown 2000 Infiniti Qx4was stolen. 6:25 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 35, was contacted after causing a disturbanc­e and was found to the under the influence.

9:05 p.m. in the 1600 block of Dell Avenue: Two suspects were seen inside an unlocked business via security cameras. They fled prior to officers' arrival, and the owner wished prosecutio­n.

3:08 a.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: A woman, 21, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

Overnight in the 800 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: Someone spraypaint­ed the victim's vehicle.

MAY 1

1:02 p.m. in the 00 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: A woman, 41, was passed out in her vehicle and found to be DUI.

1:35 p.m. at Orchard City Drive and Third Street: Someone was observed smashing the window to a truck and entering it.

The suspect fled in a blue Saturn.

8:02 p.m. on the Los Gatos Creek Trail: A cyclist slapped the victim on the buttocks as he rode by.
