JUNE 6

7:07 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 36, was contacted and gave a false name to conceal the fact he was a parolee at large.

Overnight in the 3300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone smashed the window to a vehicle and stole property.

14500 block of South Bascom Avenue: The victim alleged that the suspect had been following her for the past three weeks.

Overnight in the 1400 block of Mcbain Avenue:

Someone cut and removed the catalytic converter from a Honda Accord.

1:18 p.m. in the 1000 block of Gale Drive: A man,48, was found unresponsi­ve and slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Noon in the 1200 block of Abbott Avenue: Someone was scammed out of $9,000.

600 block of Waldo Road:

A group of juveniles was seen by witnesses spraypaint­ing the sidewalk and a fence. A 15-year-old was stopped, had paint on his hands and was seen spraypaint­ing on a residents' video.

9:26 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Southwest Expressway: A man, 21, was observed driving recklessly in his 2018 Dodge Charger.

2:08 a.m. at Hamilton and Highway 17: A man, 43, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

2:10 a.m. at Robway and Richlee Drive: A man, 46, was contacted and found to have a no-cite warrant. He was also in possession of meth and drug parapherna­lia.

JUNE 7

10:47 a.m. in the 1100 block of Sonuca Court:

Someone opened a credit account in the victim's name.

300 block of East Campbell Avenue: Sometime over the weekend, someone broke one of the windows to the business.

4:02 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and First Street:

A man, 51, got into an argument with the victim and threatened violence. The victim desired prosecutio­n. The man was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself, and he had a $1,000 warrant.

5:08 p.m. at Moorpark and Baywood avenues: An officer received an ALPR hit on a 2006Honda Odyssey stolen out of San Jose on June 5. The officer located the vehicle and a high-risk stop was conducted. A woman, 32, was the sole occupant and admitted to stealing the vehicle. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of burglary tools, drug parapherna­lia, other people's identifica­tion and passports, and mail believed to be stolen.

5:39 p.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue.:

Someone broke the windows out of several doors. Other property was also damaged.

7:02 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue.: A woman, 56, was causing a disturbanc­e and challenged several people to fight. The victims desired prosecutio­n. As the suspect was taken into custody, she kicked and spit at officers and was transporte­d to jail.

1:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue.: Someone stole items and fled in a black sedan.

8:50 p.m. in the 3600 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, a couple pushed each other and the suspect threw a glass of water at the victim.

11:46 p.m. at Orchard City Drive and Railway Avenue:

A woman, 28, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. She also had a $10,000 warrant for DUI out of Milpitas and a suspended driver's license for DUI as well.

1:15 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A couple was walking home and had an argument. The woman, 32, grabbed the man by the shirt collar and slapped him across the face.

JUNE 8

500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole a lot of clothing and fled.

Overnight in the 1700 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole items from the rear of a business.

11:21 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Three suspects were stopped for a vehicle code violation. and One was found to be a parolee at large and was driving without an interlock device. All three suspects were in possession of methamphet­amine pipes.

3:30 p.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

The rear license plate was stolen from a 2016GMC Terrain.

10:45 a.m. in the 1400 block of White Oaks Road:

The license plate was placed on a four-door Honda sedan belonging to the suspect, who stole four tires and fled the scene.

4:01 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 56, was contacted after reports that he was setting up a camp. He was in possession of a methamphet­amine pipe.

6:08 p.m. in the 900 block of Ravenscour­t Avenue:

900 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone stole the catalytic converter off a 1999 Ford F-250 pickup truck.

JUNE 9

Overnight in the 200 block of Hollis Avenue: A black Cadillac Escalade was stolen.

6:50 a.m. in the 800 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: Someone spray-painted seven vehicles and carports.

8:11 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 44, was inside an unlocked bus. The victim wanted prosecutio­n against the suspect for trespassin­g.

11:08 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: The suspect caused a disturbanc­e and threw coffee on the victim, who desired prosecutio­n.

9:50 a.m. in the 1600 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone placed a skimming device on the ATM.

50 block of Railway Avenue: A Honda CBR was stolen.

3:39 p.m. in the 500 block of Budd Avenue: A black 1994Nissan truck was stolen.

4:26 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: During an argument, the victim left and the suspect called her and threatened to kill her.

10:27 p.m. in the 200 block of Adler Avenue: Officers located a white 1995 Honda Civic reported stolen out of San Jose on June 5.

12:24a.m. at Darryl Drive and Gleason Avenue: Officers contacted a man, 22, in a vehicle. He told officers there was a loaded shotgun in the vehicle, which was located.

JUNE 10

7:36 a.m. in the 2220 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two men were drinking outside of a business. Both were too intoxicate­d to care for themselves.

9:47 a.m. at North San Tomas Aquino Road and West Campbell Avenue: Someone lit a backpack on fire and threw it in the middle of the road.

Overnight in the 100 block of Wilton Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.

10:31 a.m. in the 3300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A transient woman, 29, was refusing to leave a business. She had two felony warrants and three misdemeano­r warrants, and she had drug parapherna­lia and credit cards not belonging to her in her possession.

12:37 p.m. at North San Tomas Aquino Road and West Campbell Avenue: A man, 40, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and tried to flee. Officers took him down to the ground and held him until further units arrived on scene to place the him into custody. The suspect had a felony warrant and was in possession of a controlled substance and drug parapherna­lia.

2:43 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: The suspect used pepper spray on the victim, then fled in the scene in vehicle.

6:46 p.m. in the 600 block of Beta Court: A transient man, 33, got into an argument and hit and pushed the victim.

Midnight in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 25, called police after being kicked out of the bar for causing a disturbanc­e. He was found to be unable to care for himself.

12:35 a.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 53, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

12:31 a.m. at Almarida Drive and Hamilton Avenue: A transient man, 41, was stopped for a vehicle code violation, and during a search, a collapsibl­e baton was located.

1:54 a.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A man, 53, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. A records check revealed he had two prior conviction­s within the past six years. He was operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device and had a methamphet­amine pipe in his possession.

JUNE 11

11:17 a.m. in the 800 block of Camden Avenue:

A woman, 28, grabbed the victim by her collar and pulled her towards her. The victim called the police and desired prosecutio­n. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a hallucinog­en.

Overnight in the 500 block of Latimer Circle:

A white Honda CRV was stolen.

12:54 a.m. at Shamrock Drive and Curtner Avenue:

A driver was stopped for a vehicle code violation and fled from the officer.

2:28 a.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

JUNE 12

8:23a.m. at Marathon and Springfiel­d drives:

A transient man, 28, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He fled on his bicycle and was knocked to the ground. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. He claimed to be injured during his arrest and was evaluated at an area hospital. He was found to be under the combined influence of opiates and stimulants. He was in possession of a glass pipe and had five outstandin­g warrants for his arrest.

Overnight in the 300 block of Budd Avenue:

Someone broke a light pole off the ground, causing damage and exposing live wires.

12:04 a.m. at Railway and Campbell avenues: A woman, 44, was stopped for vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
