JAN. 16

6:20 a.m. in the 800 block of Sharmon Palms Lane:

Two suspects pried opened community mailboxes and stole mail, then fled in a white or silver sedan.

10:57 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard:

A woman, 25, was reported as drinking alcoholic beverages in front of a store. She provided several fictitious names to officers and was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for her safety or the safety of others. During the booking process, she kicked an officer.

2 p.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

Someone broke into a gray 2012 Honda Civic that was parked in a business parking lot and stole a purse containing multiple credit cards.

Overnight in the 1700 block of Bucknall Road:

Someone broke into multiple apartment complex mailboxes and stole mail.

1300 block of Camden Avenue:

Someone stole jewelry from the victim's room. There were no signs of forced entry.

10:51 p.m. at Whiteoaks Road and Camden Avenue:

A man, 36, was blocking traffic by standing in the roadway. He was found to be under the influence.

12:03 a.m. at Campbell Avenue and Gilman Drive:

A woman, 27, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

Third Street and Gomes Court:

A man, 29, was stopped for a vehicle code violation while riding his bike and found to have a meth pipe in his possession.

Overnight in the 600 block of West Valley Drive:

A gray 1997Honda Accord was stolen.

300 block of West Rincon Avenue:

Someone used the victim's Social Security number to attempt to obtain a bank loan in the victim's

name.

Overnight in the 1300 block of Whiteoaks Road:

A black 2001 Honda CRV was stolen.

4 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Bascom Avenue:

A suspect entered a business and caused a disturbanc­e, then took money from the tip jar.

11:05 p.m. at South Bascom and Hamilton avenues:

A man, 42, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on his bike. He had meth and a pipe, and is a convicted felon with pepper spray.

JAN. 18

6:40 a.m. in the 300 block of Sobrato Drive:

The suspect was dropped off in a silver, early 2000s Honda Accord in front of a residence while the victim's silver 2015 Lexus is250 was warming up in the driveway. The suspect entered the driver's side and drove the vehicle out of the driveway, last seen southbound on Sobrato Drive.

Overnight in the 00 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone removed the keybox attached to the outside of the front door to retrieve the key to a business, then stole cash and a gift card from behind the counter.

Overnight in the 00 block of East Campbell Avenue:

Someone kicked in the rear door to a business.

Overnight in the 600 block of Marathon Drive:

Someone broke the window to a 2010Nissan Altima and stole clothing and a board game from inside.

10:53 p.m. at Almarida Drive and David Avenue:

Four suspects were in the a white Nissan Altamia. Two were called in by a citizen for fighting in the street. One walked away and was later arrested near Pamlar. A loaded .22 revolver was in plain view on the backseat of the Nissan. Nobody claimed ownership of the gun, and all four suspects were arrested.

1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects stole items from a business, then fled in a white Dodge Charger with a black racing stripe on the hood.

JAN. 19

1:32 p.m. at Camden Avenue and South Winchester Boulevard:

Officers located a black 2001 Honda CR-V which reported stolen out of Campbell.

7:37 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Two women were found to be under the influence of a stimulant. One was in possession of methamphet­amine, burglary tools (which she hid in the back seat of a patrol vehicle) and several pieces of personal ID informatio­n. The other was in possession of personal ID informatio­n. Officers located drug parapherna­lia in plain view inside their vehicle.

8:20 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue:

A woman, 36, was passed out in her vehicle. She was found to under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphet­amine and drug parapherna­lia.

400 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone stole tools from the victim's pick-up.

JAN. 20

6:16 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Three suspects were stopped for a vehicle code violation. All three were found to be under the influence of a stimulant. One was in possession of drug parapherna­lia and had a misdemeano­r warrant. Another also had a misdemeano­r warrant, and the third had a felony warrant.

7:20p.m. at East Hamilton and Salmar avenues:

Two men were observed fighting. Upon contact One was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol, and the other was found to be too intoxicate­d to care for himself.

8:53 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 35, was caught shopliftin­g. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of drug parapherna­lia, methamphet­amine and burglary tools. He used a fictitious name to identify himself.

12:45 p.m. at Union and South Bascom avenues:

A man, 48, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

0321 Kuehnis Dr/ Robway Avenue:

A suspect , 19 years old, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. The suspect was a convicted felon and had composite knuckles on him, burglary tools, stolen property and marijuana.

0426 200 block of E. Hamilton Avenue:

An unknown suspect forced entry into the victims's business and stole items.

JAN. 21

1:45 a.m. in the 800 block of South Mcglincy Lane:

Someone forced open a back door of a business and stole several items and vehicle keys. They stole a large white truck and a black 2009 Volvo XC7.

2 a.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone cut the lockbox then used the key to enter a business. Once inside, they cut open the ATM and stole money and other items.

Overnight in the 1100 block of Smith Avenue:

Someone broke into several mailboxes and stole mail.

1:18 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway:

Officers responded to a disturbanc­e over a non- injury collision. A records check revealed a man, 34, had a $20,000 warrant for drug charges.

1:40 p.m. in the 100 block of Fulton Street:

Someone opened a bank account in Texas using the victim's personal ID informatio­n. 2:08 p.m. in the 00 block

of South San Tomas Aquino Road:

Someone spit on by the victim, who desired prosecutio­n for the battery.

2:16 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 39, shoplifted. The store desired prosecutio­n for the theft. A records check revealed he had a felony warrant for fraudrelat­ed charges.

2224 San Tomas Expy/ Budd Avenue:

The 21-yearold suspect collided with a guard rail in the center median. The suspect had signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxicati­on.

10:28 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Winchester Boulevard:

A man kicked the door of a business, breaking glass, but did not enter.

JAN. 22

Overnight in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone forced entry into a building by prying open a door.

1:15 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue:

A woman stole a pair of shoes.

12:40 p.m. 400 block of

East Hamilton Avenue:

A man stole merchandis­e from a store.

Overnight in the 500 block of Railway Avenue:

Someone broke the window to a black 2021 KIA Seltos and stole items.

4:09 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard:

A man, 63, was unable to care for his safety due to his level of alcohol intoxicati­on. Additional­ly, he had an outstandin­g $20,000 misdemeano­r warrant out of Campbell.

7:34 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 43, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be in possession of methamphet­amine and a glass pipe.

8:03 p.m. at Leigh Avenue and Hamilton Plaza:

A man, 34, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had bolt cutters, numerous coins, methamphet­amine and a concealed fixed blade knife.

Highways 17 and 280:

Officers located a stolen light blue 2012 Mercedes C35 that was parked on the side of the freeway unoccupied.
