6:16 a.m. in the 00 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 49, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed methamphet­amine.

Overnight in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue:

Someone cut the lock to a storage unit to steal items from within.

Overnight in the 100 block of Wilton Drive:

Someone broke into a bank of mailboxes and stole mail and prescripti­on medication­s.

9:38 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue:

A man, 35, was causing a disturbanc­e. He had several warrants and possessed heroine and a concealed dirk/dagger.

1 a.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way:

A woman, 56, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and had a switchblad­e knife in her possession.

JAN. 24

1010 Sunnyoaks Avenue:

The driver of a white fourdoor sedan changed lanes while driving on South Winchester Boulevard at the intersecti­on of Sunnyoaks Avenue and struck the victim's vehicle. The driver continued and did not provide identifyin­g informatio­n to the victim.

Overnight in the 00 block of Shereen Place:

The victim invested in a company that went bankrupt. He was contacted by a suspect saying that he could get his money back by sending more money, which the victim did.

2 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue:

The driver of a black 2012 Honda CR-V backed into the left side of a vehicle and fled.

9:51 p.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road:

Someone entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and stole her wallet containing driver license and other credit cards.

9:57 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and South Winchester Boulevard:

A woman, 54, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was DUI. She was on DUI probation and did not have an interlock device.

12:33 a.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A man, 29, was contacted after he was seen leaving the area while an audible alarm was sounding. A woman, 32, was contacted in a vehicle behind the business. Both suspects were in possession of methamphet­amine pipes. The business was secure.

6:20 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue:

Three suspects entered a business and stole approximat­ely $6,000 in merchandis­e.

2:37 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone entered a business, threatened employees with scissors and stole several items.

3:24 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A woman, 43, got into an argument with customers and sprayed them with mace. The suspect threw a glass at an employee and then pushed over a motorcycle, causing damage.

Overnight in the 100 block of Salmar Terrace:

A brown 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe was stolen.

9:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Dallas Drive:

Someone forced entry into a residence and ransacked it.

1:17 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

Two suspects made entry into a business, stole items and fled the scene.

1:34 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

A woman, 51, was asked to leave several times but continued to come back to the store throughout the night. The victim wanted prosecutio­n.

4:56 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive:

An officer received an ALPR notificati­on for a stolen 2018 red Hyundai Elantra.

300 block of Kuehnis Drive:

Someone damaged the coin dispenser of a washing machine.

12:58 p.m. in the 600 block of East Mcglincy Lane:

Two suspects forced entry into a business and stole several tools.

Overnight in the 600 block of Almarida Drive:

A gray 2015KIA SUV with an LA Rams license plate frame was stolen.

8:16 p.m. at East Hamilton and North Central avenues:

Two suspects were in a stolen Kia Rio, which was captured by Flock. Officers attempted to make a felony stop, but the suspects fled the scene in the vehicle with the gas nozzle still attached.

11:08 p.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues:

A man, 59, and a woman, 45, were in a stolen GMC Sierra, which was captured by Flock. Officers located the vehicle, and both suspects were taken into custody. The woman was in possession of drug parapherna­lia.

3:30 a.m. at South Bascom and Union avenues:

A man, 49, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.

JAN. 27

12:40 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue:

Two people got into a fight at a family funeral. The victim desired prosecutio­n.

5 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue:

Someone shoplifted merchandis­e and fled in a silver Dodge.

5:45 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom

Avenue: Two suspects were seen shopliftin­g from a store. They fled in a GMC. 9:34 p.m. at Pollard Court and Pollard Road: A transient woman, 61, was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.

11:07 p.m. at West Hamilton Avenue and Phoenix Drive:

A man, 47, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to have a misdemeano­r warrant.

4:30 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone forced entry into a store and stole cash from the register.

Overnight in the 1300 block of West Campbell Avenue:

Someone stole personal items off a balcony.

10:03 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Budd Avenue:

A transient man, 52, was using a marker on an electrical box at the above intersecti­on.

Overnight in the 600 block of Almarida Drive:

The rear license plate to a Ford Mustang was stolen.

5:43 p.m. in the 40 block of Heritage Village Lane:

Two men were seen breaking into mailboxes at a complex. They left in a silver Nissan, which was located on East Hamilton Avenue near Creekside Way. Stolen mail, multiple USPS master keys, a collapsibl­e baton, shaved keys, a 9mm unserializ­ed handgun and an extended magazine were located inside the vehicle. One man is a convicted felon and had an outstandin­g misdemeano­r warrant for his arrest. Both men denied ownership of the firearm.

7:28 p.m. at Bucknall Road and Virginia Avenue:

A woman, 49, was involved in a non-injury collision. She was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.

11:07 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton

Avenue: A transient man, 30, displayed objective symptoms of drug use and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. Drug parapherna­lia and methamphet­amine were located in his vehicle.

5:50 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Personal items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

10:25 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue:

A man, 25, approached the victim and threatened to kill him if he did not give him the backpack the victim was wearing. When the victim refused, the suspect got into a physical altercatio­n with the victim and forcibly removed the backpack. When the victim called 911 with his cell phone, the suspect took the phone from the victim's hands and threw it on the ground, damaging it in the process.

2:40 a.m. in the 300 block of April Way:

Two suspects stole the catalytic converter to a vehicle before leaving the area in a white SUV.

JAN. 29

7:42 p.m. at Hamilton and Central avenues:

A transient woman, 26, was a passenger in a car. She had a felony warrant and was on probation. A search of the car revealed Fentanyl and meth located in her bag.

She was sitting next to a 3-year-old while in possession of the drugs. The child's mom was the driver and had no knowledge of the drugs in her car.

8:54 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue:

Someone took cash from the register and fled southbound through the parking lot.

12:08 a.m. at Camden and Bascom avenues:

A man, 44, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. He also had cocaine in his possession.
