500 block of Harrison Avenue:

Someone gained entry to a building and stole merchandis­e.

300 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone kicked in the back door a the business to gain entry and stole merchandis­e.

Overnight in the 60 block of South Fourth Street:

A silver 2004 Toyota with a set of ignition keys in the vehicle was stolen.

1:36 p.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way:

A transient man, 34, was contacted after he was seen vandalizin­g a vehicle in a parking garage. It was determined that he had vandalized his own vehicle. During a search, methamphet­amine was located on his person.

Overnight in the 1600 block of Silacci Drive:

Someone punched the ignition to a 1996 Dodge.

8:20 p.m. in the 800 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

A transient man, 37, was found in possession of needles, a meth pipe and methamphet­amine.

10:32 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Winchester Boulevard:

A man, 32, was driving a stolen 2016Ford. He was under the influence, and drug parapherna­lia was in the car.

11:34 p.m. in the 10 block of Heritage Village Lane:

During an argument, a woman, 26, pushed the victim and grabbed his neck.

2:05 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Hamilton Avenue:

A transient woman, 32, was stopped for a vehicle code violation, and was in possession of meth and a pipe.

5:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Dover Way:

Someone was seen taking a package from the porch. The witness wrote his license plate down and later identified the suspect in a photo line-up.

10:02 p.m. at Almarida Drive and David Avenue:

A transient man, 29, was riding his bike on the sidewalk and fled when an officer attempted to stop him. He rode south to where he was captured. He had a felony warrant, was a parolee at large and possessed fentanyl, meth, pipes, shaved keys, lock picks and a credit card scanner.

2:42 a.m. in the 100 block of Gillman Avenue:

Someone jumped a fence from the creek trail, broke into two trucks and fled.

2:46 p.m. in the 1500 block of More Avenue:

A 14-year-old brought a folding knife to school.

3:46 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard:

A transient man, 58, was heavily intoxicate­d and struck his head after a fall. He was transporte­d to the hospital for treatment and was booked for multiple warrants totaling $75,000.

FEB. 1

3:27 a.m. in the 1800 block of Grace Avenue:

A Ford F250was stolen from the front of a residence.

The surveillan­ce footage did not capture an image of the suspect.

9:58 p.m. at South Bascom Avenue and Southwest Expressway:

A woman, 25, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI on drugs. She had her 1-month-old baby in a car seat that was not properly secured. She also had cocaine, meth and a tool. She is currently out on bail. Child Protective Services was contacted.

500 block of West Rincon Avenue:

Someone attempted to gain entry to a maintenanc­e shed.

100 block of Burnham Court: Someone broke some mailboxes and stole mail.

Overnight at West Campbell Avenue:

Someone sprayed profanity and a marijuana leaf in black paint on a shed.

9:09 a.m. in the 900 block of San Tomas Aquino Road:

Someone used the victim's debit card at various locations in Campbell and San Jose.

9:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Michael Drive:

Officers located a 1974Chevy Cheyenne reported stolen out of San Jose on Jan. 27.

2 p.m. in the 100 block of Reddin Road:

Someone accessed the victim's online accounts and charged his card.

11:32 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue:

During a physical altercatio­n, a woman, 39, punched the victim in the chest.

1 p.m. in the 00 block of La Vonne Drive:

Two suspects were seen on video surveillan­ce forcing entry into the victim's residence. The suspects are known to the victim.

9:52 p.m. in the 00 block of La Vonne Drive:

A woman, 29, was in possession of a lipstick knife, ammunition, stolen property, bags of mail, burglary tools, drug parapherna­lia, pepper spray, marijuana and prescripti­on drugs not belonging to her. She was also out on bail from her arrest the night before.

3:26 a.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue:

A man, 33, was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. During a search of his vehicle, a concealed loaded AR-15, fentanyl and drug parapherna­lia were located. He admitted he was addicted to fentanyl. He also has two more handguns registered to him but was not in possession of them.

6:28 a.m. in the 300 block of Richlee Drive:

Two suspects stole the catalytic convertor from an Acura, then fled in a white Ford Escape. 1:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman entered the store, stole approximat­ely $1,000 in merchandis­e, then fled in a white Honda Accord.

2:51 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Highway 17:

Officers located a green 1996Honda Accord reported stolen out of Santa Clara two days prior. The driver, 46, parked the car at Mcdonald's and fled on foot. She was located and arrested. She also possessed a shaved key, fentanyl and drug parapherna­lia.

4:52 p.m. at South San Tomas Aquino Road:

A woman, 34, was seen slapping her neighbor's 2-yearold daughter, who she was babysittin­g. She displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of an opiate and a stimulant. She was also in possession of fentanyl and drug parapherna­lia, all of which were easily accessible by the toddler and by her juvenile children. She was arrested, and Child Protective Services was notified and took custody of the toddler.

9:21 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and April Way:

A transient man, 31, was stopped while riding his bicycle for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and was in possession of drug parapherna­lia.

11:16 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue:

Officers located a stolen 2015 Hyundai Sonata after receiving an ALPR notificati­on. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

FEB. 4

4 a.m. in the 600 block of Parkhurst Drive:

A white 2004 Ford F350 pickup truck was stolen. The truck has a black roof rack, lift gate, blue pin stripe on the rear window and American flag sticker on the left rear fender.

8 a.m. in the 300 block of

Union Avenue: A man, 25, was upset with his mother after she did not make him breakfast. He told her that she “messed up” and located a bag full of knives she had hidden from him in her bedroom. He began to lay the knives out in front of her and asked her, “Which one do you want?” The mother fled to a vacant room, where she locked her son out. He pounded on the door and stabbed at the wall outside of the room, preventing his mother from leaving. He eventually stopped, and the victim fled from the apartment. He was contacted on Apricot Avenue after he fled on foot and was taken into custody without incident.

12:50 p.m. at White Oaks Road and Camden Avenue:

A transient, 27, was reported to be walking in the roadway and yelling at passing motorists. They were contacted and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Noon in the 500 block of West Latimer Avenue:

Someone broke into a gray 2008Ford Ranger and stole pool cleaning equipment, tools and a water pump.

Overnight at Heritage Villane Lane:

A black 1997 Chevrolet C25 pickup truck with a work rack in the bed of the truck was stolen.

11:16 p.m. on Catalpa Lane:

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole Air Pods and kitchen knives.

10:23 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue:

During, an argument, a man, 35, repeatedly grabbed the victim and prevented her from leaving. At one point during the argument, he took her cell phone and threw it through a window of a business office. He was placed under arrest, and an restrainin­g order was granted.

3 a.m. in the 1200 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Someone broke the window to a vehicle and stole power tools.

Overnight at Latimer Avenue and San Tomas Aquino Road:

The rear plate was stolen from a 2017 Toyota Corolla.

10:31 a.m. in the 1000 block of Lenor Way:

A transient man, 50, was at his mother's house knocking on the door in violation of several no-contact orders.

12:08 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard:

A transient man, 55, was walking around the rear of a shopping center with a machete and thought people were following him. He was under the influence and had meth in his tent.

2 p.m. in the 100 block of Wilton Drive:

The victim reported that someone transferre­d money from her EBT card.

4:51 p.m. at Central and David avenues:

Officers located a 2012 Honda Odyssey van stolen out of San Jose.

6 pm. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue:

The victim reported that his vehicle's rear window was shattered when he was stopped at an intersecti­on. He did not see anyone in the area, and he could not determine what the window was broken with.

5:40 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue:

Two suspects shoplifted store merchandis­e. The suspects were confronted by security and fled. All the merchandis­e was recovered.

2:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Michael Drive:

A man, 36, was stopped for a traffic violation. He had an outstandin­g warrant and was arrested.

4:50 a.m. in the 400 block of East Campbell Avenue:

Two suspects cut the front door lock and made entry. The victim reported that lottery tickets were taken.
