Elyse Finnelle went 18 for 20 with three digs and eight kills and Jordyn Pratt finished 14 for 15 with six assists, three digs and a kill to lift Southern over North County in four games, 25-23, 18-25, 25-20, 25-17 on Thursday.

Jessica Chaney added nine digs, 12 assists and two kills, Noelle Watson contribute­d seven kills and four digs and Niya Butler had 14 digs for Southern (4-7).

Mallorie Hetzel finished 16 for 17 serving with four aces and Sabrina Sheppard added 10 kills, six assists and three digs as the Eagles continued to roll with a 25-9, 25-23, 25-22 sweep of the Gophers.

Camille Coryatt was 8 for 10 with four aces, four kills and three digs for Northeast (10-1).
