- By Adam Cook

NHC Healthcare in Fort Oglethorpe recently made a sizable donation to the three Catoosa County high schools in order to assist with purchase of medical supplies for each school’s health science classes.

CTAE health science teachers from Ringgold, Heritage and Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe high schools recently requested assistance in purchasing medical supplies for the classroom.

On July 6, NHC stepped in, approved the funding, and then presented the check to Schools Superintendent Denia Reese.

NHC director Craig Jones presented Reese and Partnership 2000 coordinator Buffy Hemphill with a $6,000 check, which will cover the purchase of medical supplies needed for students of the CTAE health science classes.
