They must have a doctor’s name to send your report. All women should have a screening mammogram between the ages of 35 and 40. After the age of 40, a screening mammogram on a yearly basis is recommended. If you meet these age requirements and have not had a mammogram in the last 12 months, you may participate with, or without insurance.
