Ge­or­gia ar­eas for most of her life and was a mem­ber of Cross­path Church in East Ridge. She re­tired from Amer­i­can Home Pa­tient in 2003 af­ter more than 15 years of ser­vice as a Home Health Nurse & the Dis­trict Billing Man­ager. She en­joyed spend­ing time out­side gardening, but her legacy that she leaves be­hind is the love she had for oth­ers. She will

al­ways be re­mem­bered for putting ev­ery­one else’s needs be­fore her own and she took true joy in help­ing those in need. She went above and be­yond the call­ing of be­ing a Ser­vant of God. She was a loving and de­voted wife, mother, grand­mother and great grand­mother who will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was pre­ceded in death by her par­ents, Johnny Boatwright and Gla­dys Mul­lens; brother, Johnny Lee Boatwright and two sis­ters, Nancy White Spit­tler and

Linda Shif­fert Berkley.

Sur­vivors in­clude her loving hus­band of more than 25 years, John An­drew Curtin of Fort Oglethorpe, GA; chil­dren & spouses, Michelle & Wes Bridges of Flint­stone, GA, Dana & Brad Cothran of Chat­tanooga, TN, Randy & Crys­tal Wil­liams of Ring­gold, GA, Leah & Ce­cil Youngs of Rock Spring, GA and Lynn & Daniel Knight of Hous­ton, TX; brother, James Ed­ward Boatwright of Murfreesboro, TN;

sis­ter, Pa­tri­cia & Gary Barg of Repub­li­can City, NB; 12 grand­chil­dren; 1 great grand­child and numer­ous nieces, neph­ews and ex­tended fam­ily & friends.

Cel­e­bra­tion of life ser­vice: Noon, Tues­day, Septem­ber 12, 2017 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Rev. Wil­liam Jacques and Bro. Mike Hen­drix of­fi­ci­at­ing.

Visi­ta­tion: 11 a.m. un­til the time of ser­vice on Tues­day at the fu­neral home.
