Georgia areas for most of her life and was a member of Crosspath Church in East Ridge. She retired from American Home Patient in 2003 after more than 15 years of service as a Home Health Nurse & the District Billing Manager. She enjoyed spending time outside gardening, but her legacy that she leaves behind is the love she had for others. She will

always be remembered for putting everyone else’s needs before her own and she took true joy in helping those in need. She went above and beyond the calling of being a Servant of God. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmothe­r and great grandmothe­r who will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Boatwright and Gladys Mullens; brother, Johnny Lee Boatwright and two sisters, Nancy White Spittler and

Linda Shiffert Berkley.

Survivors include her loving husband of more than 25 years, John Andrew Curtin of Fort Oglethorpe, GA; children & spouses, Michelle & Wes Bridges of Flintstone, GA, Dana & Brad Cothran of Chattanoog­a, TN, Randy & Crystal Williams of Ringgold, GA, Leah & Cecil Youngs of Rock Spring, GA and Lynn & Daniel Knight of Houston, TX; brother, James Edward Boatwright of Murfreesbo­ro, TN;

sister, Patricia & Gary Barg of Republican City, NB; 12 grandchild­ren; 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.

Celebratio­n of life service: Noon, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Rev. William Jacques and Bro. Mike Hendrix officiatin­g.

Visitation: 11 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
