The Rest of the 2020 Volleyball Dream Team

Avery Phillips, Heritage — The senior setter was a second team selection by the area coaches after ending the year with 406 assists, 116 digs and 73 aces for the 7-AAAA champions.

Kallie Carter, Heritage — The senior helped get the Lady Generals to the Final Four for the first time by putting up 268 kills and 81 blocks, earning first team All-area and All-state status.

Imani Cook, Lafayette — The senior was a powerful front row hitter and earned All-area first team honors with 289 kills and 77 blocks as Lafayette made a run to the Elite Eight.

Sam Cramer, Gordon Lee — The versatile junior finished the year with 157 kills, 229 assists, 130 digs, 80 blocks and 61 aces to earn All-area honors and an honorable mention All-state nod.

Xitllali Gomez, LFO — The senior was a defensive and team leader at the libero spot, recording 475 digs and earning a place on the All-area (6-AAA) second team.

Avery Green, Oakwood Christian — The junior setter had 547 assists, 157 digs, 82 aces, 66 kills and 17 blocks to pick up All-region and All-state awards from the GAPPS.

Lily Green, Oakwood Christian — GAPPS All-region and All-state honors went to the senior, who had 325 kills, 126 digs, 87 aces and 35 blocks to help the Lady Eagles finish as state runner-up.

Markella Johnson, Lafayette — The sophomore took a big step in her first full varsity season with 284 kills, 61 aces and 17 blocks and garnered first team All-area status in 6-AAA.

Arilyn Lee, Gordon Lee — The hard-hitting junior recorded 254 kills to go with 177 digs, 58 aces and 55 blocks as the Lady Trojans played for the Class AA/A Public School state title.

Kloe Ludy, Lafayette — The senior was a defensive standout at libero, collecting 456 digs on the year to go with 87 assists and 30 aces and earning an All-area first team award.

Annie Mcdaniel, Gordon Lee — The senior libero was a steady presence, earning first team All-area honors and an All-state honorable mention nod with 586 digs and 37 aces.

Sarah Ray, Lafayette — One of four hitters to record over 200 kills this past season for the Lady Ramblers, the senior was a first team 6-AAA pick with 217 kills, 197 digs, 84 aces and 52 blocks.

M.K. Roberts, Gordon Lee — The junior setter and outside hitter was first team All-area and All-state after putting up 458 assists, 389 digs, 103 kills, 71 aces and 35 blocks.

Emoree Rogers, Gordon Lee — The junior setter fought through an injury to collect 262 assists, 133 kills, 159 digs, 37 aces and 36 blocks, helping the Lady Trojans play for a state crown.

Asia Silmon, Ridgeland — The junior was a leader on a club with no seniors, helping the Lady Panthers to a spot in the Class AAAA playoffs and collecting a first team award from Area 7-AAAA.

Anna Wilks, Heritage — The senior libero was a force on the back row for the Navy-and-red, picking up first team honors in 7-AAAA with 375 digs, 66 assists and 71 aces.
