Americans are feeling less stressed about their savings. A new Bankrate.com survey finds that fewer people are uncomforta­ble with their level of savings: 19 percent this year, compared with 27 percent last year. But they might be fooling themselves. Nearly 40 percent say expenses get in the way of savings, and 16 percent say they haven't gotten around to socking money away.
