If you’re an employer and recently got a questionnaire from Community Research Partners, here’s what’s up: The group is asking if job applicants have the necessary skills and, if not, what skills they lack. It’s part of an evaluation of the Central Ohio Compact, organized by Columbus State Community College, other schools and employers. Their goal is that 65 percent of area adults have post-secondary degrees or credentials by 2025 and thus the skills needed by employers.
