For its production of Georges Bizet’s “Carmen,” Opera Columbus has turned to four female artists working behind the scenes on the show: artistic director Peggy Kriha Dye, director Crystal Manich, conductor Kathleen Kelly and choreographer Susan Petry. Weekender will chat with several of the women responsible for the production, plus star Avery Amereau.
