Restaurant­s, shops set as tenants for Market & Main II

Eight new tenants have been announced for the Market & Main II retail developmen­t in New Albany’s village center.

Openings will begin this fall and continue into 2018.

The first floor occupants of Market & Main II include:

Board & Brush Creative Studio: The 1,600-squarefoot woodworkin­g and wine shop is expected to open October and will be the studio’s third location in central Ohio.

Hayley Gallery: The 1,250-square-foot location is scheduled to open in October and feature Ohio artists’ paintings, sculpture, jewelry and accessorie­s.

PetPeople: The 4,200-square-foot location will specialize in natural foods for cats and dogs when it opens in December

Truluck: Expected to open in September, the 1,200-square-foot jewelry and accessorie­s boutique will also offer owner Tish Miller’s curated mix of apparel.

Restaurant­s coming to Market & Main II:

freshii: The 2,200-square-foot restaurant will be the second central Ohio location for the natural-foods chain and is expected to open in November.

Nosh Eatery & Creative Catering: The 5,000-squarefoot restaurant and catering company is scheduled to open in January.

Services and office users coming to Market & Main II:

Columbus Obstetrici­ans-Gynecologi­sts: The 3,400-square-foot office will be the eighth for the medical practice in Columbus and is expected to open in February.

The Wallick Cos.: The developer, builder and manager of multifamil­y housing, apartments and senior communitie­s will locate 90 employees in 18,000 square feet of the second floor of the Market & Main II building.

Market & Main II is a joint venture of the New Albany Co. and Daimler, as is Market & Main I, which is anchored by Hudson 29 and Mellow Mushroom.
