Man­neh al­lowed the Crew to breathe a sigh of re­lief in the 19th minute. He drib­bled to the edge of the box, con­fus­ing White­caps de­fender Jakob Ner­win­ski, be­fore cross­ing to for­ward Ola Ka­mara, who stuck out his right leg to draw the Crew even at 1.

From here on, the Crew will play only East­ern Con­fer­ence op­po­nents. Up first, in what will be a crit­i­cal home game, are the New York Red Bulls on Satur­day.
