Parade of Homes honors builders
Manor Homes was the big winner in the Parade of Homes awards, taking 10 honors, including first-place awards for front landscaping, interior design and decor, and flow and function.
For the show, the company built a 3,395-square-foot four-level split with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The home is priced at $599,000.
Three other builders at this year’s parade took home six awards each: Maple Craft, Westport Homes and Rockford Homes.
Westport received the most first-place awards — four — for outdoor living area, special feature (the basement), entertainment area and rear landscaping.
The Westport home was a 4,411-squarefoot ranch with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The home is priced at $587,000.
The Parade of Homes ends today at Cheshire Woods in Delaware County.
