‘Dreamers’ did nothing wrong

Letter writer Stephen Lisak certainly showed no empathy for Dreamers in his Friday letter “‘Dreamer’ illegal despite outcry.” He equated them with criminals, in his analogy, “If your parents robbed a bank, should you get to spend the money?” I think a much more appropriate analogy would be “If your parents robbed a bank, should the children go to jail too?” Of course not!

Dreamers are not criminals, and should not be made to pay for the sins of their parents.
