Some left out in Franklinton rebirth

Last Thursday’s Dispatch editorial “Franklinton fixerupper points to a trend” wrote of the “rebirth” of Franklinton, the milliondollar home of two doctors, and the influx of art galleries and restaurants, etc.

That’s all wonderful, but where will the working people live who are making $30,000, $40,000, or just scraping by? Another instance of gentrification for the benefit of developers.
