Evangelicals know God is in charge

As an Evangelical, I am part of the 81 percent to support President Donald Trump for his pro-life stance. Matthew 6 records our “Lord’s Prayer” Verse 14: “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”

We acknowledge it is God who establishes nations and His Word that refers to family as a union of man/woman and all children are his gift, including His One and only Son, Jesus.

The Lord’s Prayer was recited daily in our schools with the Pledge of Allegiance and national anthem before government intervention. We are one nation under God, He is in control and we acknowledge it, not our control. Every person of God’s creation has influence for good or evil. May God help us to seek His wisdom and obey His Word.
