Ohio State women get expected No. 3 seed
A road that the Ohio State women’s basketball team hopes leads to Columbus also begins in Columbus.
But if the Buckeyes wish to make the 3.3-mile journey from St. John Arena, down Route 315 and over to Nationwide Arena, they’ll have to navigate a lengthy detour through Spokane, Washington.
The Buckeyes earned a No. 3 seed in the Spokane Regional on Monday night during the NCAA selection committee’s bracket reveal and will play No. 14 seed George Washington in the first round at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
