Not a model of contrition

Tara Arbogast (formerly Tara Lambert) appears in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday morning with her attorney, Sam Shamansky. Arbogast pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit aggravated murder for trying to hire a hitman to kill the mother of her stepchildren.
