Change in works for Brio, Bravo
Bravo and Brio restaurants will be changing a bit in the months to come.
The chains’ new owner, FoodFirst Global Restaurants, has hired a new culinary team, with plans to rewrite much of the menus with a focus on fresher ingredients, simpler recipes and lighter fare.
“We’re going to transform the menu at both Brio and Bravo,” said Brad Blum, chief executive of FoodFirst. “It’s going to be fresher, it’s going to be higher quality, more colorful and lighter. It’s going to taste even better.”
Bravo and Brio have long held to traditional Italian menus — with large portions of lasagna, pork chops, ravioli and veal.
