Details: To honor the 100year anniversar­y of the Harlem Renaissanc­e, the Jazz Arts Group is reworking the 2017 show “Ladies Sing the Blues: Songs & Sounds of the Harlem Renaissanc­e.” The ladies-only policy has been relaxed to include Jazz Age musicians such as Fats Waller and Cab Calloway.

Details: From April 1980 to March 1982, Tim Anstaett used the copy machine in the basement of an insurance company to produce the Offense, a music fanzine with a cult following. He’ll release all 902 pages of material for the first time at this event featuring live music performers from ‘zine contributo­rs Ron House, Paul Nini, Nancy Kangas and Mike Hummel.
