Here is a list by county of issues that will be on May 7 primary-election ballots in central Ohio. Annual cost to homeowners is per $100,000 of home value; amounts raised are annual unless noted otherwise. No issues were filed in Madison and Union counties. The Fairfield County auditor’s office did not immediatel­y respond to a request for informatio­n about cost to homeowners.

Delaware County

School

• Delaware City Schools, continuing 3-mill renewal levy to raise $2.1 million for permanent improvemen­ts, would cost homeowners, $76; 37-year, 2.37-mill bond levy to raise $36.53 million for constructi­on, would cost homeowners $83 (new) Township

• Tri-township Joint Fire District, 5-year, 5.5-mill renewal levy to raise $1.2 million for department operations, would cost homeowners $160 (same)village

Schools

• Canal Winchester, 5-year, 12.59-mill renewal levy to raise $6.2 million for operations, would cost homeowners $386 (same)

• Groveport Madison, permanent, 6.10-mill levy to raise $5.7 million for operations, would cost homeowners about $213 (same); and 37-year, 4.72-mill bond issue to raise $83.6 million to construct four buildings, replacing the district’s nine elementary and middle schools, would cost homeowners $165 (new) City

Columbus bond sale to raise $1.03 billion for capital projects. Issue gives Columbus ability to raise property taxes up to total of 5.04 mills, or $176.40 per $100,000 of home valuation, although the city has never used that power to repay debt.

• Hamilton, 5-year, 0.5-mill levy to raise $166,556 for operations, would cost homeowners about $17 (new)

• Hanover, 5-year, 1-mill renewal levy to raise $72,766 for fire and EMS services, would cost homeowners about $32 (same)

• Hartford, 5-year, 3-mill replacemen­t levy to raise $140,208 for general constructi­on, roads and bridges, would cost homeowners $105 (about $23 more)

Schools

• Lakewood, 28-year, 5.4-mill bond issue to raise $39.8 million for a new elementary school, improvemen­ts to other schools in the district, would cost homeowners $189 (new)

• Licking Heights, 10-year, 16.5-mill renewal levy to raise $10.6 million for operations, would cost homeowners about $505 (same)

• North Fork, 3-year, 1 percent income-tax renewal to fund current operations • Northridge, 27-year, 0.5 percent additional income tax for permanent improvemen­ts; and 27-year, 4.3-mill bond issue to raise $22 million for constructi­ng, renovating and demolishin­g school facilities and improvemen­ts, would cost homeowners about $150 (new)

• Buckeye Lake, 5-year, 1-mill renewal levy to raise $48,174 for current expenses, would cost homeowners about $27 (same); and a 5-year, 5-mill levy to raise $269,807 for police services, would cost homeowners $175 (new)
