Linda Sue Boyer, 73, of Blacklick, OH, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021. Linda was born in Columbus, OH on Dec. 17, 1947 to her parents Olive and George Dietz. She graduated from Gahanna Lincoln High School. She retired after 34 years at Lucent Technologies. That is where she met the love of her life, Paul. She married Paul Boyer, of Pleasantville, OH on June 5, 1971. Linda was a member of Havens Corners Church, Blacklick, OH. She loved to take care of her flower gardens and was an avid reader and fan of movies. She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Paul Boyer; and her daughter, Amy Boyer of Pleasantville, OH. She is also survived by her brother, Douglas (Michele) Dietz, Sr. of Lewis Center, OH; sister-in-law, Debbie Moyer of Lancaster; brother-inlaw, Ken (Debbie) Boyer of Pleasantville, OH; and many nieces and nephews and their families. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her son Todd, sisters Annabell Callicoat and

Evelyn Beaty, brother-in-law Rick Moyer and father-inlaw and mother-in-law Emerson and Mary Jane Boyer. Linda’s family will receive friends on Friday, March 19, 2021 from 10am-12pm at Havens Corners Church, 6696 Havens Corners Road, Blacklick, OH 43004, where a funeral service will be held at 12pm followed by interment at Jefferson (Blacklick) Cemetery.
