Cardinals at PHILLIES (late): Zach Eflin pitched into the eighth inning, J.T. Realmuto hit a two-run homer and Philadelphia beat St. Louis 9-2 on Friday night.

White Sox at RED SOX (late): Boston went 11-20 in home games in 2020. Chicago went 17-13 on the road in 2020. The teams meet for the first time this year.

Tigers at ATHLETICS (late): Frankie Montas allowed two hits in six sharp innings and Oakland won its sixth straight game by beating Detroit 3-0 on Friday night.

Cleveland at REDS (late): Joey Votto hit a two-run homer to cap a seven-run third inning and Cincinnati cruised to a 10-3 rout of Cleveland on Friday night.
