Mildred E. “Millie” (Dellinger) Nicol, died Friday, September 10, 2021 at 89 years old. She was born May 15, 1932 to Henry and Amelia (Kleiber) Dellinger at home. Millie was confirmed on March 25, 1945 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Chuckery, Ohio. She attended St. Paul’s Chuckery through 7th Grade then graduated from Chuckery Darby High School in 1950. On May 15, 1955 she married Willard “Nick” Nicol and they were married 64 years. Millie worked for Kroger’s for 11 years then for Dublin City Schools for 18 years. She was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Dublin where she was active in Ladies Aid, LWML and served several years on church council. Millie is survived by her children, Mark (Colleen) of North Lewisburg, OH, Janet Baker of Ft. Wayne, IN, Keith (Chris) of Sunbury, OH; grandson, Tristan Nicol; brother, John (Annetta) Dellinger of Plain City, OH; one niece and three nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Willard in 2019, son-in-law David Baker, sister Marcella Dellinger and brother and sister-in-law Leon and Maryann Nicol.
