Mark Black wasn’t just the “Life of the Party,” he was a walking party. His outgoing personalit­y and sense of humor ensured everyone knew him – and you could count on him – whatever the situation – to lighten the mood and crack some jokes. Mark passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021 from injuries of an automobile accident. He was 63. Born March 11, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio, Mark was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, Class of 1976. Mark was a diehard Cleveland Browns/ohio State fan. He was employed for L Brands. Mark will be remembered for the love he held for his family and friends. He is survived by sons, Micah (Meka) Tolliver of Columbus, and Ed (Sharaun) Thompson of Pickeringt­on; a daughter, Ciara (Sharod) Stevens of Columbus; six grandchild­ren; his mother, Patricia A.

friend, Nashaun “Baby Girl” Reid of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his grandparen­ts Delarcy Black, Sr. and Iola Black, his father Darrell Eugene Black, and a son Marquese

Dasai Cameron, and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 11am-1pm in the Finefrock Chapel of Snyder Funeral Home, 350 Marion Avenue, Mansfield, (419-525-4411). Covid restrictio­ns on occupancy limits in the building may increase wait times. A private funeral service for his family will follow.
