2021

-

Ronald L. Callentine, 75, passed away surrounded by his loving family and loyal dog, Pippi on September 21, 2021, at home. He was born in Coshocton, Ohio on August 28, 1946, to Esther Stevens. After high school, Ron attended the Pennsylvania Military College and earned his bachelor’s degree. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam war. Ron was a dedicated professional with a talent for numbers. Although he excelled in

business, what defined him

was the value he placed on

helping others find success.

He was an avid Buckeye football fan who enjoyed countless Saturdays at the Horseshoe. Ron’s greatest joy was his family. He enjoyed making every holiday special and created many lasting family traditions. In his retirement years, Ron was a full-time grandpa and never missed an opportunity to spend time with his grandkids as a math tutor, sports coach, or uber driver (usually armed with Timbits)! He was generous with his mind, heart, and time. Ron is preceded in death by his mom Esther and sister Donna K. Farmer. He will be greatly missed by his high school sweetheart and wife of 53 years, Paula; children, Todd (Paige) Callentine, Angie (Robert) Dockery, Becky (Bob) Poliquin, and Jenny Callentine; and grandchildren, Kennedy and Ronald Carrington Callentine, Liam,
