Aylesworth, Randall

1943 - 2022

Randall Aylesworth, 78, of Dublin, passed away on May 27, 2022. He was born on

July 4, 1943, in Wooster,

Ohio, to the late Norman and Roberta (Moomaw)

Aylesworth. In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years,

Carrol Sue Aylesworth.

Randy will be remembered by all who knew him for his dry sense of humor and his quick wit. He took pride in his home and his yard and enjoyed countless hours on his screened in porch visiting with friends and family.

Randy graduated from The

Ohio State University and as a result was a huge buckeye fan and served as a portal chief ushering at the Ohio State football games. He spent his career working in printing and forms procurement and retired from Nationwide

Insurance. Randy will be greatly missed by his daughters, Susan (Geoff)

Retz and Laura (Scott) Rollins;

grandchildren, Abigail and Chelsea Retz, and Zach and Delaney Rollins. Often,

Randy could be heard saying “I’m so proud of my little family” and there was no doubt that he adored his four grandchildren. He enjoyed annual family trips to Ludington, Michigan and loved being part of Indian

Princesses for several years with his daughters. Last, but not least, Randy loved his dogs, Charlie, Buster, and Grace. A memorial service for Randall will be held Monday, June 6, 2022 from 4-4:30PM, followed by a visitation from 4:306:30PM at Schoedinger
