His niece and nephew cherish the time they spent with Bill on Green Turtle Cay doing jigsaw puzzles in the evening, going on adventures to nearby islands and walking the two miles to town each morning to buy local pastries and freshly made coconut bread. He had a passion for good food and was always on the lookout for the best local eateries. Bill also enjoyed gardening and spending time with his cats. He rescued many stray cats, giving generously to animal rescue organizations.
