COLUMBUS - Nancy Ann O’connor

December 28, 1938May 5, 2023

A daughter, sister, mother, grandma, great grandma, aunt, friend, and so much more to so many. How do you say so little about a woman who gave so much, loved all so fiercely, and taught so many? For all who knew her, you will remember her for her kindness and maternal ways- a mother to all. For all who got to love her, you will forever be a better human because of her.

Survived by her children, Cathy, Tim and Megan. Grandchildren Colin (Haley), Sean (Kenzie), Alek (Maddie), Bryona, Brayden, Oscar, Amber and Lewis. Great grandchildren Emilia, Elena and Levi. Siblings Bill, Bob, and Pat (Jerry). Many nieces and nephews, and close family friends that we couldn’t have lived without.

Nancy was a member of St. Elizabeth Church for over 40 years. A children liturgy teacher, a member of the choir, a graduate of Mount St. Joseph and St. Mary of the Springs, and a part of the Devonshire Pool Board Member for many years. A strong willed woman with unparalleled perseverance. A great patient fighter til the end, with just enough sass to keep it interesting. We will miss you like no other, but forever be grateful for your love and guidance.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 pm at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 6077 Sharon Woods Blvd., Columbus, 43229, where Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 12, 2023. Father Charles Cotton, Celebrant. Interment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Choir in Nancy’s memory. Advantage by Schoedinger North is honorably serving the O’conner family. Please visit www.schoedinger.com
