COLUMBUS - Norma J. Souch-o’neil (Dipaolo) was born December 22, 1931 to Felix and Marianna (Finocchi) Dipaolo, the youngest girl of 10 siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Peter J. Souch and C. Richard O’neil; and siblings, Andy (Ruth), Lucy (Lucky), Louis (Rose), Bea (Dom), Phill (Josephine), Marianna (Harold), Ralph (Mary), Lillian (Richard), Raymond (Karen), and Buck (Gwen). Norma loved her family and friends and all were welcomed into her home. There was nothing she couldn’t sew or craft, especially knitting baby blankets for the hospitals. She was always proud of the items that she made that will be passed on for years. Norma could never say no to a shopping trip or and outing for dinner. She and her husband Peter Souch were known for their dancing; they could clear a dance floor and she cherished those memories. Norma is survived by children, Peter (Karen) Souch, Pam (Jerry) Knoblauch, Paula (Steve) Chenos; grandchild­ren, Peter Souch IV, Jeffrey Knoblauch, John (Lisa) Souch, Drew (Ainsley) Chenos, Vincent (Amber) Chenos, Molly (Seth) Hart, Tim (Andrea) Chenos, Laura (Matt) Hochberg; 13 great-grandchild­ren and many other nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation at on Thursday, Feb 29, 2024 at the John Quint Treboni Funeral Home, 1177 W 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43212 from 4-7 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 414 E. North Broadway St., Columbus, Ohio 43214 with Father Vince Nguyen and Father Matt Hoover officiatin­g. A procession will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High Street, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137.
