Clifton Lisle Titter Jr. (79) claimed his heavenly place among the angels on March 23, 2024 after a short stay at Darby Glenn (Hospice) Hilliard, Ohio. He had been in failing health. Clifton is preceded in death by his daughter Robbin Sue Endicott, mother Brooke Jane Murphy, His step-father Delbert Murphy, father Clifton L. Titter Sr. and sister Gloria Ruby. Clifton is survived by his daughter Paula D. (Brent) Campagna, sister Debbie (Steve) Bodie, grandchild­ren Jacob (Beth) Owens, Luke (Ginny) Owens, Jenna (Zeke) Miller, Hannah (Corey) Owens, Gabriel Campagna, Jack Endicott, and ex-wife Susan Huff Austin. He is also blessed with many great-grandchild­ren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Born in Baltimore Maryland on September 12, 1944. Clifton graduated in 1962 from Linden Mckinley High School in Columbus Ohio. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp (1963-1967) where he received numerous awards and a rank of sergeant. Clif lived many years in Fayette County in the Madison Mills area, worked for Roadway Express and moved to Bradenton Florida after retirement. Always having an adventurou­s heart, Clif enjoyed many hobbies. He liked riding Harley Davidson motorcycle­s, restoring classic cars and trucks, fishing, watching Ohio State Football and old Westerns, hanging out at the stables and riding his horses. His grandchild­ren knew him as “Cowboy Papaw.” As requested, cremation will be under the care of Schoedinge­r Funeral Services, Grove City. A visitation time will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 3-4 pm his celebratio­n of life memorial will begin at 4pm at Schoedinge­r Grove City 4242 Hoover Road Grove City, Ohio 43123.
