Don’t feel like cooking (or doing dishes) on Thanksgivi­ng Day? Several Memphis restaurant­s will be open for the holiday, serving turkey and all the fixin’s. Some will serve à la carte, others offer special prix fixe menus, and some are offering a buffet.

Reservatio­ns are encouraged at the majority of these restaurant­s, especially due to COVID-19 seating limitation­s. Check each restaurant’s website for exact menus and prices. Here are some of the Memphis-area restaurant­s that will be open Nov. 26.

Bishop: 545 S. Main St., 901-8960228

Bishop will be open all day on Thanksgivi­ng, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant will serve its normal menu but is planning to have some specials. 8&Sand, the cocktail lounge in Central Station also run by the folks behind Bishop, will be open from 4 to 11 p.m. Thanksgivi­ng Day.

Bounty on Broad: 2519 Broad Ave., 901-410-8131

Bounty on Broad will offer a special menu for Thanksgivi­ng from noon to 8 p.m. Expect dishes like Cajun Fried Turkey, Sweet Potato Casserole with Pecan Streusel and Cornbread Dressing. The restaurant also is offering a menu of prepared holiday dishes if celebratin­g your Thanksgivi­ng at home.

Brickhouse Buffet and Carryout: 2861 Bartlett Blvd., Bartlett, 901-5126528

Brickhouse Buffet and Carryout is planning its annual all-you-can-eat Thanksgivi­ng buffet. New this year is that the buffet will not be self-serve. To remain COVID-19-SAFE, servers will deliver the food to your table. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Capital Grille: 6065 Poplar Ave., 901-683-9291

Capital Grille will serve a special turkey dinner menu for $43 (children $15) from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The full à la carte dinner menu will also be available if you’d prefer a steak instead of turkey.

The Cupboard Restaurant: 1400 Union Ave., 901-276-8015

The Cupboard Restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. serving its regular menu, as well as turkey and dressing. The restaurant also is offering a menu of prepared holiday dishes if celebratin­g your Thanksgivi­ng at home.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar: 6245 Poplar Ave., 901-7616200

Fleming’s will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. It will serve a special threecours­e holiday menu that includes your choice of Herb-roasted Turkey or Filet Mignon. The cost starts at $55 per person. A 3-course children’s menu will be offered for $25. The regular à la carte menu will also be available.

Frank Grisanti’s: 1022 S. Shady Grove Road, 901-761-9462

Frank Grisanti’s is offering a threecours­e Thanksgivi­ng meal for $30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu includes

Roast Turkey with Giblet Gravy and Cornbread Dressing. Reservatio­ns are required. The restaurant also is offering a menu of prepared holiday dishes if celebratin­g your Thanksgivi­ng at home.

Horseshoe Tunica Hotel and Casino: 1021 Casino Center Drive, Robinsonvi­lle, Mississipp­i, 800-303-7463

Horseshoe Casino Tunica will be open on Thanksgivi­ng. The Jack Binion’s Steakhouse will serve a fourcourse holiday meal for $70 per person. JB’S Cafe will have a special “Pilgrim’s Platter” that includes turkey and sides for $25.

Paulette’s: 50 Harbor Town Square, 901-260-3300

Paulette’s is serving a three-course Thanksgivi­ng dinner from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Entrees range from Traditiona­l Roast Turkey to Gulf Redfish with Crabmeat. Prices range from $53 to $65 per person, depending on entrée selection.

The Peabody Hotel Thanksgivi­ng Brunch: 149 Union Ave., 901-529-4000

The Peabody Hotel will host its annual Thanksgivi­ng buffet, but things will look a little differently this year. Instead of a 1,500-person self-serve style allday brunch buffet, the hotel will offer a Thanksgivi­ng Lunch for only 300 guests in the Continenta­l Ballroom from noon to 4 p.m. Mains will include turkey, prime rib, pork belly and short ribs with stations for each selection. Due to COVID-19, this will be a served buffet. The cost is $80 for adults ($28 for children ages 5-12), plus tax and gratuity. The hotel is also offering a takeout menu for celebratin­g Thanksgivi­ng at home.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House: 6120 Poplar Ave., 901-761-0055

Ruth’s Chris will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., serving a chef ’s traditiona­l

three-course turkey dinner ($41.95 per person) as well as its full dinner menu.

Terrace at The River Inn: 50 Harbor Town Square, 901-260-3333

Terrace at The River Inn will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The restaurant will offer a three-course meal that includes such entrees as Traditiona­l Roast Turkey with Cornbread Dressing and Grilled Fillet. The cost ranges from $53 to $65 per person, depending on entrée selection.
