Trustmark employee named Ambassador of the Month
Rachel Landsdown, assistant vice president and branch manager of Trustmark National Bank in Bartlett, was named Ambassador of the Month for February by the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce.
Landsdown has been in banking for more than 21 years and was introduced to the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce 14 years ago. She attended as many meetings as she could but still wanted to do more with the chamber. Although she was involved in many community initiatives in the Bartlett area, it wasn’t until 2007 when she was approached by one of the chamber staff and was invited to attend her first Ambassadors meeting that she had found the networking potential she had been looking for. Landsdown has been an Ambassador with the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce ever since.
“I have made so many lasting friendships not to mention a plethora of referral sources. I not only utilize the Bartlett Area Chamber for business purposes but for personal needs as well,” says Landsdown. “If I need any sort of service, I have my directory full of industry sources. My husband, Tim, and I seldom will venture out of the Bartlett area in search of a particular vendor need. We have all that we need right in our Bartlett Area Chamber Membership directory.
“In all, I have discovered what the Chamber has to offer to its members and the key to its success: You get out of it what you put in to it.”
