System fails again

Saturday night’s tragic killing of a Memphis police officer is another example of the criminal justice system letting down taxpaying, lawabiding people.

Why was Tremaine Wilbourn, a convicted bank robber, out of jail? I would hate to have to explain that to Officer Sean Bolton’s family.
