Yoko Ono is weighing in on the Korean summit – and she invoked John Lennon in her remarks.

The artist and wife to the late Beatle took to Twitter on Saturday to share her thoughts on Friday’s summit, at which leaders of North and South Korea vowed to rid the Korean Peninsula of nuclear weapons. “Mr. Kim Jong-in (sic) & Mr. Moon Jae-in, I am so happy that you guys did it. I saw my husband, John Lennon, jumping around in space with joy. This I hope is the start of all countries shaking hands,” she wrote.

“One world one people. I hope this will be a start in what my husband and I believed in. I’m sure it will happen soon. Peace is power!” Ono tweeted.

‘Infinity War’ opens with record $250M, passing ‘Force Awakens’

A few dozen superheroes lifted “Avengers: Infinity War” to a record $250 million in ticket sales over the weekend, narrowly surpassing “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” for the highest opening weekend of all time.

According to Disney’s estimates Sunday, the Marvel Studios superhero smorgasbord bested the previous record set by “The Force Awakens.” Accounting for inflation, the “Star Wars” reboot would still reign with about $260 million in 2018 dollars.

“Infinity War” also set a new global opening record with $630 million, even though it’s yet to open in China, the world’s second-largest movie market.

It opens there May 11.
