WASHINGTON — A federal judge held the Clinton administration in civil contempt Friday over its failure to draw up guidelines to preserve millions of computer documents. U.S. Dist. CHICAGO — Buffalo Bill has come out in favor of closing the World’s Fair on Sundays. The fair was open last Sunday, but the controversy still rages, and courts may be asked to intervene.
