Remember that Hallmark Channel Christmas movie coming to Graceland? Here’s your chance to be a part of it as an extra.

Hallmark Channel announced earlier this month that a Christmas-themed movie, “Christmas at Graceland,” will be a part of its holiday lineup. The movie, starring country music artist and TV talk show personality Kellie Pickler, is set to film at Graceland and around Memphis July 9-27.

The Memphis & Shelby County Film and Television Commission said on its Facebook page Monday that the movie is casting for extras in both speaking and background roles.

To be considered for a speaking role, anyone 20-70 years old should send a head shot and resume to christmasatgraceland casting@gmail.com. All ethnicities and genders are welcome.

For background roles, anyone 10-70 should send a head shot and resume to OLCgraceland@gmail.com. Minors must have a guardian present at the time of filming.

USA TODAY reported earlier that Pickler will play Laurel, an executive from Chicago who comes to Memphis to try buying a bank.

For the touch of romance that is a hallmark of all Hallmark movies, Laurel’s ex, Clay, turns up as a local music promoter. One thing leads to another and, voila, Laurel turns her attention back to music, where her focus had once been with Clay.

Pickler is a country music artist who rode “American Idol” fame to stardom. She also is on the Daytime Emmy-nominated “Pickler & Ben” talk show on CMT with co-host and comedian Ben Aaron.

Graceland has been the subject, if not actual filming location, of countless movies and television shows.

The 1998 movie “Finding Graceland,” starring Harvey Keitel and Bridget Fonda, featured a scene shot inside the mansion as a result of Priscilla Presley’s involvement as executive producer, according to IMDb. com.
