Jeremiah 32:17

Healthy eating is the antidote to diabetes

The rate of obesity in the U.S. is climbing and Memphis is the second fattest city in the nation. Obesity can lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and other health complications. People wanting to lose weight try all kinds of diets without long term success. The dietetic interns and students from the University of Memphis have a better approach, healthy eating. Learn how to choose and cook the healthiest options with grocery store tours and nutrition classes in local libraries. Our grocery store tours and nutrition classes are free and open to anyone. Please call 901-678-2989 to register.
