Trezevant retirement community recently named officers to its board of directors — John Ivy, chairman; Shade Robinson, vice chairman; Estella Mayhue-greer, secretary and David “Casey” Bowlin, immediate past board chairman. The nonprofit also has new board members with the addition of Oscar Adams of Vining Sparks, Hunt Campbell of First Alliance Bank and Gerald Walton. Additionally, Paige Patrick joined Trezevant as sales and marketing coordinator. She was most recently the marketing director for Foxbridge Assisted Living in Bartlett. Crye-leike Real Estate Services acknowledged affiliate broker Joyce Mckenzie as a 2018 West Tennessee Number One Top Producing Agent for having earned the highest sales volume in one of the firm’s nine state region. She is the top Producing Realtor for the 18th consecutive year at the Collierville branch office.
Lehman-roberts Co. promoted Greg Ketchum to grading crew foreman, and Ricky Pike and Leroy Shaw to asphalt plant foremen. Together, they have more than 40 years of service with the company. Ketchum joined Lehmanroberts in 2008. Pike, who will lead a Byhalia, Mississippi, plant, and Shaw, who’ll oversee a plant in Hernando, Mississippi, began in 2006 and 2002, respectively.
The Downtown Memphis Commission hired Erik Stevenson as commercial strategist, a newly created position in the organization’s Planning and Development department. He’ll collaborate with new and existing businesses and developers on commercial development strategies within the Central Business Improvement District — from the Tennessee state line on the west to Danny Thomas Boulevard on the east, and including the Pinch, Edge, South Main, and Medical districts.
