Police: Country star Sam Hunt arrested for alleged DUI
Country singer Sam Hunt was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and violating an open container law after police in Nashville stopped him for driving the wrong way down a one-way road.
Hunt was arrested Thursday morning, booked into jail and released on $2,500 bond, according to WKRN-TV.
According to an arrest warrant, police found a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes of Ellington Parkway and swerving in and out of his lane. Police said the driver, identified as Sam Hunt, had two empty beer containers next to him and said he had been drinking alcohol “recently.” A representative for Hunt didn’t immediately respond to

Though some fans remember Brenda Song for her role as the wealthy London Tipton on Disney Channel’s “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” and “The Suite Life on Deck,” the actress says she missed out on a major opportunity because of her image.
Song, 31, told Teen Vogue she was denied an audition for the 2018 hit film “Crazy Rich Asians” because she wasn’t deemed “Asian enough” for the project.

B.B. King Museum expanding to add space for his vehicles
Work is starting on a $2.5 million expansion of a Mississippi Delta museum dedicated to a native son who became a blues legend.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday for new space at the B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center in Indianola.
The museum opened in 2008 near the area where King grew up. The 15time Grammy winner died in 2015 and is buried on the museum grounds.
The 4,500-square-foot addition will house King’s tour bus and two of his vehicles, a Rolls-royce Silver Shadow and a custom painted Chevy El Camino.
