Sylvester Stallone ready to show world his gray hair

Sylvester Stallone is embracing the gray.

The 73-year-old star showed off his au naturel look on Instagram, sporting a full head of silver hair, a striking contrast from his signature dark locks.

“Keep punching, my friends,” the “Rocky” actor said in the motivation­al video of himself embracing his look, which includes a matching gray beard.

Although it’s not clear if his silver hair is for an upcoming role or not, Stallone’s fans are crossing their fingers that the natural look is here to stay.

“Stay grey my friend,” one Instagram user wrote.

CEO of Miss America Organizati­on steps down

The Miss America Organizati­on’s president and CEO, one of the forces behind the decision to drop the competitio­n’s swimsuit portion, has stepped down, the organizati­on announced.

Regina Hopper, who was among those behind the organizati­on’s “2.0” rebranding effort, said she formally notified the board two weeks ago that she planned to return to a full-time job involving transporta­tion. Hopper was formerly president and CEO of the Intelligen­t Transporta­tion Society of America.

Board Chairwoman Shantel Krebs will replace Hopper on an interim basis while the board searches for a new president and CEO.

Hopper assumed leadership of Miss America in May 2018 as part of a series of changes that occurred after an email scandal in December 2017, which led to the ouster of the pageant’s mostly male leadership.

They were replaced by female leadership that included Hopper and former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson. Carlson stepped down as chairwoman in June.

Matarazzo of ‘Stranger Things’ to have surgery for bone condition

“Stranger Things” star Gaten Matarazzo is undergoing surgery for his rare bone condition, cleidocran­ial dysplasia.

“Surgery number 4!” Matarazzo, 17, wrote on Instagram. “This is a big one!”

“good luck love!!! sending my love gate,” wrote Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven on the Netflix series.

According to the National Institute of Health, the condition primarily affects the growth of bones and teeth. It can cause underdevel­oped or absent collarbone­s, a delayed maturation of the skull and dental abnormalit­ies, among other effects.

Approximat­ely one in every 1 million people in the world has the condition, though the NIH says it is probably underdiagn­osed.

‘Mighty Ducks’ actor faces burglary, meth charges

Shaun Weiss, who starred as hockey goalie Greg Goldberg in “The Mighty Ducks” movies, has been arrested and charged with burglary and being under the influence of methamphet­amine.

Police in Marysville, California, said Weiss, 41, was arrested after he was found in a car parked in a local resident’s garage about 7 a.m Sunday.

Weiss, who was being held on $52,500 bail, was arrested in Oroville, California, for intoxicati­on in 2018.

Weiss appeared in all three “Mighty Ducks” comedies, starting with the first 1992 Disney film that starred Emilio Estevez as the team coach.

Fetty Wap’s 2019 Las Vegas fight charges dropped

A judge has agreed to dismiss charges against Fetty Wap stemming from a fight last year at a Las Vegas hotel if the rapper stays out of trouble.

An attorney for Fetty Wap, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, entered into the agreement with prosecutor­s Monday to toss the misdemeano­r battery charges in July, court records show.

Fetty Wap was arrested Sept. 1 after he was accused of hitting a security officer who arrived to break up a scuffle at f The Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip.
